PEBKLI Annual Scientific Meeting 2022

The Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Association of Head and Neck Surgery  is a meeting for sub-specialists of Head and Neck Surgery in Indonesia. This event is again held in a hybrid (online and offline) manner after 2 years of the Covid-19 pandemic. The 8th PEBKLI Annual Scientific Meeting was held in Bali and Prof. DR. I.G.N.G General Hospital. The Udayan University of General Surgery Study Program had the opportunity to host this event. This event lasts for 2 days, from 5th-6th August 2022 which is divided into a Symposium on the first day and a workshop on the second day. This activity brought in by Head and Neck Surgery sub-specialists who are experts in their fields from various regions in Indonesia and were attended by various participants both from Bali and from outside Bali.

On the first day, apart from the symposium, an e-poster competition was also held. This Symposium activity discussed the latest updates in the world of Head and Neck Surgery. The participants followed with great enthusiasm. Along with the ongoing symposium activities, the e-poster assessment activities also took place and were assessed by the judges.

On the second day, the PEBKLI Annual Scientific Meeting activity was continued with a maxillofacial workshop in the form of osteosynthesis of maxilla. This activity was attended by all surgeons, general practitioners and the participants of the General Surgey Resident with great enthusiasm. The activity was closed with the announcement of the winners of the e-poster and hospitality. It is hoped that next year this event can be held again.
