21 December 2025 – Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur

The Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, once again held the Yudisium and Gathering of Surgical Residents on 21 December 2025 at Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. This event marked a significant milestone—signifying not only the completion of the residents’ formal surgical training, but also the beginning of their professional journey as fully qualified surgeons serving the community.

The ceremony was conducted in a solemn yet warm atmosphere and was attended by faculty leaders, supervisors, consultants, surgical residents, and family members. More than a formal academic ritual, the yudisium served as a tribute to the residents’ dedication, discipline, and perseverance throughout the demanding surgical training—characterized by long shifts, complex cases, and constant clinical pressure.
